   The experiences and qualifications of sub-consultants are not taken into account when evaluating applications.
Interested Applicants must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those Services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted.
Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
 The contract size: is about € 7 million.
 The nature of the Services: technical assistance in (i) project coordination and project implementation and (ii) integrated water resources management implementation, (iii) floods management
 The technical area and expertise:
o “ecological engineering”,
o “integrated water resources management”,
o “nature-based solutions planning in watersheds”
o “nature-based solutions costs-benefits analysis”
o “flood management”;
o “irrigation infrastructures design”;
o “environmental and social safeguards”,
o “monitoring and evaluation tools adapted to NbS and IWRM ”,
 The location: Southeast Asia; experiences in Cambodia are a plus.
The Client will also take into account for the evaluation of the applications the following items:
 Skills and availability of in-house technical backup experts;
