notice_summary_english: Indigenous Services Canada seeks the services of an Electoral Officer to conduct the election of the Algonquins of Barriere Lake Band Council consisting of a Chief and six Councillors elected by a majority of the votes of the electors of the Band, in accordance with the Indian Act and the Indian Band Election Regulations.
THE REQUIREMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
Bids must be submitted electronically only to Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) by the date, time and e-mail address indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation. Bidders are required to provide their bid in a single transmission. The total size of the email, including all attachments, must not exceed 10 megabytes (MB). It is solely the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the total size of the email does not exceed this limit.
Bids transmitted by .zip files will not be accepted.
