   The budget for this project USD 12,780,231.82 (twelve million seven hundred eighty thousand two hundred thirty-one point eighty-two) (inclusive of Taxes, Profit and Overhead). The Employer may disqualify evaluated price bids exceeding maximum budget. The company shall provide justification in the financial proposal if abnormally low-financial proposal 70% lower than estimated.
