The Annual Operating Plan (Poa) 2024 Is, In Itself, An Operational Planning Instrument To Be Executed In The Short Term. The Projects And Activities Proposed In This Poa Are Derived From Our Institutional Strategic Plan (Pei) 2021-2024, Which Has Been Prepared Following The Guidelines Of Both Law 1-12, National Development Strategy 2030, Which Together With Its Implementing Regulations, Constitutes The Planning Instrument Of Greatest Scope And Generality; Likewise, The Multiannual Plan Of The Public Sector, Of The Government Program Of The Constitutional President Of The Dominican Republic, His Excellency Mr. Luis Abinader Corona. The Poa 2024 Also Constitutes A Tool Of Transcendental Relevance, Which Allows Us To Guarantee That, In The Exercise Of Our Daily Operations, The Budgetary Resources Serve To Achieve The Guidelines Of The Strategic Objectives Set Out In The Pei 2021-2024
