   Required expertise of the consultant’s team members:
Team leader
• A consultant experienced in KM with at least 5 similar assignments performed in knowledge management program, designing KM tools, trainings and change management elsewhere.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for public and private companies in Rwanda and/or elsewhere.
• At least 3 years of experience working with the banking sector.

Team member
• At least 5 years working experience in public and private companies, and 3 years working in Knowledge management programs, designing KM frameworks, facilitating coaching and mentoring sessions for Knowledge transfer, etc.

• Understanding of banking sector is an advantage.
