The Moca City Council has as its scope of action its own powers, and also those coordinated and delegated with the other entities that make up the public administration, which are defined by the Constitution, its law, sectoral legislation and those that govern inter-administrative relations. It is considered that the powers of the city councils fall on all areas of public administration, except those that the Constitution reserves for the central administration.
