The Economic Operator, In Response To The Request Made By The Contracting Authority, Must Enter The Aforementioned Fvoe 2.0 Section On The Anac Website And Authorize, Within 3 Days, The Administration To Be Able To Access The Virtual File. The Economic Operator Is Required To Enter The Data And Information Required To Prove The Requirement In The Fvoe, If These Are Not Already Present In The File Or Are Not Already In The Possession Of The Contracting Authority And Cannot Be Acquired By The Latter Ex Officio.
