The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Collection, Transfer And Reception Of Abandoned, Stray, Dangerous, Lost Or Rescued Pets Alive, Injured Or Dead, That Are Found On The Public Roads Of Sant Feliu De Llobregat Or Are Confiscated By The Sant Feliu De Llobregat City Council In The Following Cases: • The Collection And Transfer Of Lost, Abandoned Pets, As Well As Their Reception At The Facilities Of The Awarding Company Until Their Return, Adoption Or Death. • The Collection And Transfer Of Stray, Dangerous Or Feral Companion Animals As Well As Their Reception At The Facilities Of The Awarding Company Until Their Return, Adoption Or Death. • The Collection And Transfer Of Pet Animals That Have Been Run Over Or Badly Injured, As Well As The Care And Reception At The Facilities Of The Awarding Company Until Their Return, Adoption Or Death. • The Collection And Transfer Of Dead Rodent Companion Animals And Their Incineration. • The Collection, Transfer And Reception Of Pet Animals Confiscated By The City Council (In Application Of The Municipal Ordinance Regulating The Protection And Ownership Of Animals And Legislative Decree 2/2008 Of April 15, By Which Approves The Revised Text Of The Animal Protection Law) Until Their Return, Adoption Or Death. • Euthanasia And Incineration, When Necessary And No Other Alternatives Have Been Found, Under The Absolute Control Of Personnel Qualified To Carry Out These Tasks By The Awarded Company. • The Dismemberment And Disposal Of Corpses In The Legally Established Manner. • Any Other Topic Related To The World Of Companion Animals, Which Promotes Their Protection, May Alter Public Order And/Or Have Public Health Implications.
