To Be Able To Guarantee The Continuity Of The Correct Management, Treatment, Transport And Destruction Of Paper And Other Electronic Devices That Could Contain Data Of A Personal Nature And That Following Archival Regulations End Their Administrative Validity Must Be Transferred To The Archive Service For Their Treatment, Either That Of Permanent Conservation Or That Of Its Destruction. To Guarantee This, The Following Services Will Be Contracted: • Service A: Annual Transport Of Up To 1,500 Boxes (Filing Type Or Definiclass) And Their Contents (Whether On Paper Or Any Other Medium That Contains Data And That Conforms Municipal Documentation) Complying With All Relevant Legal Regulations. • Service B: Management Of The Annual Destruction Of Up To 1,500 Boxes (Filing Type Or Definiclass) And Their Contents (Whether On Paper Or Any Other Medium Containing Data And Conforming To Municipal Documentation) In Compliance With All Relevant Legal Regulations. • Service C: Distribution, Management, Transport And Subsequent Destruction Of The Paper Contents Of 40 Containers Distributed In Different Municipal Offices And Buildings, Complying With All Relevant Legal Regulations. Likewise, The Object Of The Contract Is To Promote The Employment Of People With Disabilities, So That They Can Perform Productive, Remunerated Work That Suits Their Personal Characteristics And Facilitates Their Integration Into The Workforce.
