The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision, Under A Concession Regime, Of The Service Of Management And Operation Of The Gavà Service Area, Which Must Be Executed Under The Terms And Conditions Established In This Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses ( Hereinafter, Pca) And In The Technical Specifications (Hereinafter, Ppt), Along With The Conservation And Maintenance Of The Area And Its Facilities And Furniture. The Following Services Must Be Provided By The Concessionaire On A Mandatory Basis: Those Associated With The Parking Zones, Those Of The Service Station And Convenience Store
